The seller covers the cost of shipping - luckily we only allow local regional buyers to shop your products, so cost of shipping is relatively low. No coast-to-coast shipping here. Yeah, we're sustainable! We will take this amount out of the Seller payment when we send electronic payment to you, within 1-2 days of an order being in transit.
You let us know when an order is ready, and
we’ll provide you with shipping labels to affix to the shipment. You
have three options to handover the packages to the carrier: We recommend incorporating it into your regularly schedule shipping program.
Handover the package(s) at your existing daily pickup.
Drop off the package(s) at one of the carrier’s dropoff locations.
Schedule your own pickup with the carrier directly.
Depending on the order dimensions and weight as well as the
destination of the seller and receiver, we will choose the most suitable
carrier. We currently support UPS, and FedEx as couriers and
partner with various carriers for freight shipments.
The buyer can choose how they would like the products to be shipped
(via air, ocean or truck) and where they would like them to be
delivered.

You will need to have an existing FedEx account or you can create one
when you schedule your first pickup. On the Schedule a Package Pickup
page, enter your pickup address, the number of packages, and your
preferred pickup date and time.

DHL

To schedule a pickup directly with DHL, please click HERE.
Select “No” when asked if you need to create a shipping label. Choose
“I have a DHL Waybill Number” and enter the Waybill/tracking number on
the prepaid shipping label we provided and select next. On the Pickup
Address page, enter details for your pickup location including any
special instructions for the driver. On the Schedule Pickup page, enter
the number of packages and the estimated weight and size of your largest
package. You will then be able to choose your preferred pickup day and
time. Select the Schedule Pickup button and you will be taken to a
confirmation page with your pickup details.
